In addition, NCS will offer you the consumer FREE access to our monthly newsletters, consumer tips, polls, surveys, and so much more. Our recall center will allow you the consumer to review government mandated and voluntary recalls. We will provide you links to other complaint sites, such as the national Do Not Call Registry, and the three primary credit reporting and tracking companies.
Will my complaint be posted publicly?
Yes. DirectComplaint.com will post your consumer complaint on the Consumer Complaint Tracker. We will not display any of your personal information, not even your name. The purpose of the posting, is to let other consumers know about the value a business places on customer service, consumer friendliness, and quality service.
What is the Public Poster Board?
Our website will provide a FREE format which will allow you to post your complaint or satisfaction about any
business, company or service. The information you post will be available for viewing by any consumer or business visiting our website.
Do you guarantee a solution to my complaint?
DirectComplaint.com will use our name recognition to help you easily resolve your complaint or pass on kudos to any business in the US. We cannot however guarantee that every business will respond positively and that every problem can be resolved. DirectComplaint.com will make every attempt to help you resolve your consumer problem.
