Everyone will know how responsive a business has been with resolving YOUR problem, and making YOU a happy consumer. YOUR complaint letter will be designed to highlight YOUR issue or problem, and will suggest ways that YOUR complaint can be easily resolved. If, this is your first complaint letter to the business from DirectComplaint.com, DirectComplaint.com will not be negotiating or mediating anything on your behalf, we will encourage the business to contact YOU directly by phone, letter, or e-mail.
